Mr. Mahmudul Hassan is an engineer (BSc in Civil Engineering) and an immensely successful businessman. He has more than 20 years of experience in business, which includes real estate management, consultancy, trading, residential and commercial building construction and also roads and highways construction. Mr. Hassan was the Secretary General of REHAB (Real Estate Housing Association of Bangladesh), the apex body of the Real Estate Businessmen for consequent three tenures. He is currently holding the position of Managing Director of Hassan and Associates Limited, Kusholi Nirmata Limited and WBL Food Limited. He is also one of the sponsors and the Vice Chairman of Endless Spirit Fashions Limited. Mr. Mahmudul Hassan possesses strong leadership and management capabilities. He is hardworking by nature and a successful businessman.

Presently, Mr. Naimul Hassan is the Deputy Managing Director of Hassan and Associates Limited and the Finance Director of the Group consisting of Hassan and Associates Ltd, Kusholi Nirmata Limited and Ataria Consultants Limited.
